Refund & Return Policy

At Official K-Beauty (OKB), we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, hygiene is a key concern, and for this reason, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy exceptional cases (at the discretion of OKB team)

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video (or live video call recording) must be provided, showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the damage/defect at the time of opening.

  • The item must be returned to us in its original packaging for quality check (QC).

Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with without such proof of damage/defect at unboxing cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced due to hygiene and safety reasons.[officialkbeauty]

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products where no valid unboxing proof of damage/defect is provided.

  • Items purchased during promotions or sales.

  • Products with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use due to change of mind or personal preference.

  • Orders returned due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video and supporting photos of the product and packaging.

  • Your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once we receive the product back and complete our QC and verification, we will offer either:[officialkbeauty]

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • A refund in the form of store credit only.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

  • All approved refunds are issued only in the form of store credit; no cash, bank transfer, or original mode refunds are provided.

  • Store credit will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned product and complete QC.

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases on our website and is non-transferable and non-encashable.
